Think of this as a way to start the conversation with yourself before trying to explain to your therapist or anyone else how you feel about it. Examples of topics could be the name of your oldest child, or a future conversation you are hesitant to have.

After using this worksheet, consider any new insights you’ve gained, and simply notice whatever thoughts and feelings come up as a result.
