Praysha Spearman is the owner of Renew Therapy. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and created Cracking the G-Code after working with clients just like you. She is passionate about seeing whole families healed, especially in their marriages.
CGC was inspired by therapy clients who expressed sincere desires to be faithful husbands, but struggled with the aftermath of infidelity. Praysha strongly believes, “Youʼre not a lost cause. You just havenʼt had a roadmap.”
Not everyone can afford to see Praysha for one-on-one sessions. So, CGC was conceived as Praysha’s personal project in January 2023.

CGC helps women by helping their men. Although CGC was created by a woman, it is designed as a men’s only community and e-course. The content focuses on issues unique to BIPOC men specifically. Anyone is welcome to purchase and utilize the e-course content, but those who are not BIPOC men will be redirected to support communities better suited for their individual needs, including couples counseling or individual therapy.
